3DTech is a home that caters technical and IT related engineering services to multi-sector industries including automotive, airline and general mechanical / electrical engineering.

3DTech is one of the wings of ProActive Engineering Ltd. (PEL) that provides research and project management services to multilateral and bi-lateral donor agencies, international development organizations, private sector organizations and consultancies with the goal to deliver systemic change (sustainable, scalable and transformative impacts). Both its corporate and commercial offices are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Since our inception in 2014, PEL have implemented more than 12 long and short term research and project management services on energy efficiency, process up gradation, project management in RMG / textiles, light engineering, leather, agriculture, capacity building etc. for 20 plus clients in 3 countries – Bangladesh, Ethiopia and India. We specialize in facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships to address development challenges. 3DTech is a new addition to PEL to take care of the global IT outsourcing services.

A group of highly experienced and capable Engineers are committed to serve the customers who look for quality and reliability. 3DTech strongly believe to have skilled and creative technicians in delivering these engineering outsourcing services and thus is working in association of a Bangladeshi University to develop and supply such skilled human resources in the pipe line by building their capacities in the related field of solid works using AutoCAD and CATIA. A group of technical hands are ready to take the upcoming challenges to serve our valued clients.

A mechanical engineer cum MBA who has completed a professional diploma in shoe engineering and technology. Experienced in project management, product development, customer handling, efficiency and process upgradation.
